★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via de website in de avond een reparatieverzoek ingediend voor onze wasmachine. Mijn vrouw heeft zich bedacht en wilde een nieuwe wasmachine.
Geprobeerd in de avond om de afspraak te telefonisch annuleren maar niemand nam op. Er is verder geen mogelijkheid om online de afspraak te annuleren dus ik moest tot de volgende ochtend bellen om te annuleren. Witgoedbrigade heeft diezelfde dag een afspraak gemaakt en gaf aan dat ze de de voorwaarde hebben om €25,- in rekening te brengen als het opdezelfde dag geannuleerd wordt!
U bent dus altijd de sjaak als je bij Witgoedbrigade een afspraak maakt er wordt namelijk zowiezo altijd onterecht €25,- gefactureerd.
[UPDATE] Inmiddels heeft witgoedbrigade gereageerd op mijn klacht en ze hebben het geld netjes teruggegeven.
 Made a repair request for our washing machine via the website in the evening. My wife changed his mind and wanted a new washing machine.
Tried in the evening to cancel the appointment by phone but no one answered. There is no further possibility to cancel the appointment online so I had to call until the next morning to cancel. White goods brigade has made an appointment the same day and indicated that they have the condition to charge € 25 if it is canceled on the same day!
So you are always the shack if you make an appointment at Witgoedbrigade, because € 25 will always be incorrectly billed.
[UPDATE] Meanwhile, white goods brigade has responded to my complaint and they have returned the money neatly.
