Na 2 minuten wist de monteur al dat er niets meer aan onze vriezer gedaan kon worden. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Maar dan is €55 toch best veel geld. Het idee dat je dit terugkrijgt als je een nieuwe vriezer bij Witgoedoutletstore koopt is fijn. Echter de vriezer die ze ons aanraadden te kopen was precies €55 duurder dan bij BCC, Bol.com en Coolblue. Een dikke sigaar uit eigen doos dus. Als je nu daadwerkelijk goedkoper uit zou zijn, zou dat fijn zijn maar eigenlijk betaal je dus altijd de €55 'voorrijkosten' en krijg je helemaal geen korting. Ze vragen namelijk ook nog bijna 20 euro bezorgkosten wat de grote online retailers niet doen. Jammer.

Supersnelle service, wasmachine kapot en dat is rampzalig met een groot gezin. Binnen een dag andere machine uitgezocht en geleverd, toppers!!!

Hele fijne service! Net een nieuwe woning bekostigd en wij zaten door ons budget heen. Eerste week in onze woning wasmachine en droger kapot. Witgoed heeft ons gelijk geholpen. Binnen 1 dag voorzien nieuw apparatuur en hebben mee gedacht met ons budget. Goede service! Als 6 sterren mogelijk was, hadden ze dit van ons gekregen!

Snelle levering en goede sevice. Ik was niet tevreden met de droger die ik had uitgezocht, maar kon kosteloos worden omgeruild voor een ander.

This place it is far from a trusted store. I contacted them in the en of January to have my cooktop repaired. The repair was not possible and they sold me a second hande one and I was charged 318 euros including the service. After almost 2 months the cooktop stop working, i called then again and they took the cooktop with them. The next day they emailed me saying that they ordered some spare parts. After that they "disappeared"! I sent a lt of emails, called them without success. I thought that because the corona situation they closed the store or something similar. 2 weeks back i decided to go there, and there they were working. When i asked why they never gave a feedback they just said that they dont need to say anything, that they ordered the spare part and when the spare part arrive they will calk me for an appointment. they told that it comes from china and they don't know when it will arrive. after long discussion they promissed me that they would fix another one and in one week they would give to me. Also did not happen, i called them and they said that it will also take time. I asked my money back, they said that it also never going to happen. I spoke with the owner and he said that it not worth to go to the store because i will never have my money back and i have to wait. here i am, lost 318 euros. _______ Regarding your reply. Do not try find excuses for what you are not capable of. You never gave a feedback, and are not able to say when the cooktop will be repaired. You told that you would bring another one this week. Where are you? Maybe I need to improve my communication skills. But I am sure that you have no idea on how to run this kind of business. ______ Weeks has been past and nothing had happened. They disappeared. And he said that I did not lose my money... I hope people check the reviews before to go to this place. Very easy job, they don't do a good job and they don't give your money back.
