I regret to went over there.
..if someone come back they will try everything to make you be wrong.
i take microwave and when i arrived to my house I heard electricity sound ..when i call them ... they make me wait for 2days and after they give to me appointment after 4 days...at end i went to them ,and take another one,but the owner he doesn't accept that and he said call guarantee service..
I felt disrespectful over there.. the owner he start to speak about people from my country they had same kind of problems
and he said one time i can hear the sound from microwave.. and in same moment he said I can't hear it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just bought a washing machine from them, they told me it is new. After the delivery turned water valve ON and discovered a problem with leaking cable, few minutes later I was surprised that machine is not going to work at all. It is turning on and the program selection is shown, but it looks like motor is dead. Considering other comments I have doubts they will return money for it (have paid as well for the delivery).
It is a scammers, dont buy anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a washer/dryer and the dryer had a problem- it would stop after a few minutes. Repeatedly tried to contact the company, they responded very indifferently. They said it was my responsibility to bring it to them even though it was problematic to start with! I hired a van and took the machine to them, they refused to have it fixed because I didn't have the receipt with me (although I showed him the exact date and time of purchase on my bank app on the phone) and he said that there were some stickers at the back that I removed- which I never did and which is anyways not mentioned on the terms of agreement. The manager was the rudest person I have encountered as a customer. I bought from them because of the guarantee and that went down the drain. I would recommend to anyone to steer clear out of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst costumer service! Bought a "new" fridge with a damaged motor. They made us wait for over 2 weeks for someone to pick it up and only after a long hassle we got our money back.

Sold me new washing machine that was broken. When I ask for the support it was told me that I should use the factory guarantee.
I reply with this message:
"I bought this machine in your store in less than 2 weeks and it is not working as promised. I was really expecting that you will solve my problem since the machine was sold to me not working. This is really disappointing."
They insist that I should use the factory guarantee. And I sent this message:
"It Is the first time in my life I buy something (not cheap) that is not working and the vendor tells me to call the factory for the warranty.
I would like my money back so I can buy a working washing machine and don't have to bother in fixing it.
How can we proceed?"
The answer was:
"Goedemorgen its not possible to give te money back. We can call the factory for you when you wild like?"
Now I have the machine working (not thanks to the store) but I have to take my clothes to a friend's place to wash during the period that the machine was broken.
By the way there was a part of the machine that was crooked and screws were not the original from the machine.
