Een hallo komt er maar met moeite vanaf als je binnen stapt, vervolgens is er niemand die je fatsoenlijk wilt helpen als en geintresseerd bent in een auto. Ze kijken voornamelijk hoe je er uit ziet. Zie je er oud uit dan maak je de meeste kans om hier geholpen te worden. Proefrit in een A6 met de verkoper er bij die volgensmij niet heel veel verstand heeft van zulke auto's maakte het nog extra ongemakkelijk, en dat voor een auto van ruim 36.000 euro... Schandalig. Afspraak gemaakt om terug gebeld te worden, maar dat doen ze ook niet. Voor mij extra makkelijk: ik koop mijn auto bij een andere dealer. Tip: beoordeel iemand niet aan de buitenkant want jullie hebben van niemand geen idee wat ze wel of niet kunnen betalen. Worst service I have experienced at a car dealer so far. A hello comes off with difficulty when you step inside, then there is no one to help you properly if and are interested in a car. They mainly look at what you look like. If you look old, you have the best chance of being helped here. Test drive in an A6 with the seller who I think does not understand very much about such cars made it even more uncomfortable, and that for a car of more than 36,000 euros ... Outrageous. De 2e keer weer heen om te kijken voor een vw tiquan. Maar die kon dezelfde verkoper niet ik sprak het verkeerd uit. Werkelijk ongelofelijk. Nu maar in noordwijk een vw tiquan gekocht. Super bedrijf en verkoper yuri en namen wel de moeite om de alpina in te ruilen. Behulpzaam bij elke beurt. De auto is zeer goed voorbereid om opgehaald te worden. Ik beoordeel de benadering van de klant van de heer Alexander met 5 sterren. Bought a used audi a4 here. Mr Alexander H. very helpful, nice. He answered every question. Clear and concise answers. Helpful at every turn. The car is very well prepared for pick-up. I rate Mr Alexander's customer approach with 5 stars.

But at the end I have to say that their offer was by far better than other dealers. They working model might sound “ take it or leave it” which might look tough but, Time is very important on business and I understand their way of working (also I’m also like that with my customers). When I had the test drive I made some observations about the car and the sales advisor took them very seriously and they fixed it. I do suggest this dealer but I suggest you to go there with already clear idea of what you want. Their web site helps a lot on showing what they have available. Thanks Martijn for your good advices and being a open and fair negotiator!
