β β β β β I usually don't leave a review but my experience of the maintenance appointment of my Volkswagen car was very poor here. From rescheduling my appointment a few times to not be able to find the new appointment in the system and then promising to find out the issue and call me back but that also did not happen. And then when I tried to call them a few times could not reach them! Very poor customer service!

β β β β β worst place to take your car for service. they are trying to rob you. i took my car to get the headlight changed, it`s only a bulb but they tried to fool me saying that the whole unit is broken and asked 1450Eur. I fixed it in another garage for 180 Eur.
My friend also took his car because of a leakage from the windshield. They told him that if they take out the windshield it will break and asked for 1200Eur. He argued and then all of a sudden they were able to fix it without breaking it only for 600Eur.
THEY ALWAYS TRY TO FOOL YOU TO GET YOUR MONEY, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT FRAUDS!

β β β β β Went in for advise about getting my headlights changed from RHD to LHD. They gave excellent advise and even recommended an independent 3rd party who could do it cheaper. They came across as honest and reliable, and will definitely come back when it's time for my car to be serviced.

β β β β β Huge difference between quality of central Wittenbrug and the quality of the individual garage. Wittebrug is an ordinairy car sales shop from the outside, but with good and motivated people in the garages.

β β β β β I took my Skoda there recently for a USB port fix. Or to tell me if they can fix it or not.
They said "they cannot fix it because it was only a preparation and there was no cabling". ---> Note, this is a Skoda dealer which cannot make a USB port connection.
Well, I thought "whatever... It is good they are honest about what they can fix and what they cannot."
Then, they mentioned the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was leaking and they *had* to replace it and top up the fluid. And they would send me the bill via email. I asked the gentlemen on the phone to hold the repair. I will check the bill and let them know. Note, I wasn't asked if I wanted the repair or not. I was the one suggesting to hold the repairs until I check their price.
35 euros for USB research cost
187 euros for reservoir fix
(btw. included)
I asked them to remove the reservoir related costs and to not fix it. They did that right away.
So, overall, although I feel like my time was wasted and they tried to push service down on me, I will keep it to a neutral review with 3/5.
