Aangezien we zo 'vriendelijk' geholpen zijn door Mandy Γ©n haar andere collega..Β  Γ©n ze zelfs meermaals de lijn verbrak ??? Ik ben NOG NOOIT zo slecht telefonisch behandeld! Γ‰n meermalen voorgelogen! Dan dreigen ze dat ik de transport kosten opnieuw moet betalen.. IK KAN DIT NIET GELOVEN!!! Er word ten eerste gelogen dat ik opgebeld ben geweest en dat ik niet terugbel. Dan beweren ze dat de chauffeur aan mijn deur is geweest en terug vertrokken is omdat er niemand aanwezig was. 1. Bewijs van oproeplijst dat er NIEMAND gebeld heeft. 2. Bewijs van camera aan de deurbel dat er gisteren NIEMAND is langsgeweest. DUS HOEZO DURVEN JULLIE DIT TE BEWEREN Γ‰N HIER NOG EENS DREIGEN MET EXTRA KOSTEN???? terwijl er NIET GEBELD is Γ©n NIEMAND aan mijn deur is geweest ?? Gouden raad ; BESTEL HIER NIETS!!!!
Since we were so 'friendly' helped by Mandy and her other colleague .. and she even broke the line several times ??? I have NEVER been treated so badly over the phone! And lied to several times! Then they threaten that I have to pay the transport costs again.. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS!!! Firstly, they lie that I have been called and that I do not call back. Then they claim that the driver came to my door and left because no one was there. 1. Evidence from call list that NO ONE called. 2. Evidence from camera at the doorbell that NOBODY stopped by yesterday. SO HOW DO YOU DARE TO CLAIM THIS AND THREATEN AGAIN WITH EXTRA COSTS HERE???? while there was NO CALL AND NOBODY has been at my door ?? golden council ; DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!

Spullen besteld maar nooit binnen gekregen. door een fout van Postnl is het pakket retour afzender gegaan. Volgens Postnl is het bij afzender terug zij zeggen dat ze het niet terug hebben. Nu heb ik alles geannuleerd omdat ik na 4 weken nog geen spullen heb. Nu al 3 weken bezig om mijn geld terug te krijgen. Ik heb er nu een incassobureau voor ingeschakeld. Goedkoop is duurkoop hier
Ordered stuff but never received it. Due to an error of Postnl, the package was returned to the sender. According to Postnl it is back to the sender, they say they have not returned it. Now I have canceled everything because after 4 weeks I still have no stuff. Already 3 weeks trying to get my money back. I have now engaged a collection agency for it. Cheap is expensive here

Ook maar even een review schrijven dan. Want mijn ervaring is toch anders. Nu al 3/4 bestellingen (waarvan 1 hele grote) geplaatst. Ja, er ging iets mis, maar dat kwam omdat de vervoerder een losse colli niet gepakt had. Kon Witway niks aan doen. Paar dagen later alsnog (wist door de grootte van de order zelf niet eens meer wat ik wel/niet binnen had gekregen) foto gekregen van de colli en ja hoor, dag later geleverd. Tevens had ik verkeerde maten gekocht van een product. Even naar drachten gereden, en zonder moeite omgeruild. Spullen zijn goed, van goede kwaliteit, en ondertussen ligt er al bijna 400 meter leiding in de grond. Ik ben tevreden, en zou hier zo wat weer kopen. Ik zou zeggen voor de anderen; bestel wat kleins eerst, en oordeel zelf.
Just write a review then. Because my experience is different. Already placed 3/4 orders (including 1 very large). Yes, something went wrong, but that was because the carrier had not packed a loose package. Witway couldn't help it. A few days later (because of the size of the order itself I didn't even know what I had/didn't receive) got a photo of the packages and yes, delivered the day later. I also bought the wrong sizes of a product. Just drove to drachten, and exchanged without difficulty. Stuff is good, of good quality, and meanwhile there are almost 400 meters of pipe in the ground. I am satisfied and would buy something here again. I would say for the others; order something small first, and judge for yourself.

Onlangs een aantal bestellingen gedaan. Wel even beducht om een slechte review maar dit was niet mijn ervaring. Snel geleverd en mooie prijs voor goede kwaliteit. Wat mij betreft een prima bedrijf.
Placed some orders recently. A bit apprehensive about a bad review but this was not my experience. Delivered quickly and a good price for good quality. In my opinion a great company.

Geen service helaas. Niet werkende pomp ter controle retour gestuurd na zelf diverse keren proberen waarbij alleen de motor warm werd en niet ging draaien. Blijkt het dan bij de t.d. wel te doen. Zelf verzend + onderzoek kosten moeten betalen ruim €40 ... Bij het terug ontvangen doet deze het inderdaad meteen zodra de stekker het stopcontact ingaat zoals het hoort.
No service unfortunately. Not working pump sent back for check after trying several times where only the engine got warm and did not run. Does it then appear at the t.d. to do. Self shipping + research costs have to pay more than €40 ... When received back, it does indeed work immediately as soon as the plug enters the socket as it should.

Bezorgafspraken worden niet nagekomen. Op hun website beloven ze 1 a 2 werkdagen levertijd. Bel je ze op om navraag te doen, en krijg je te horen, tsja er gaat weleens wat mis en u had ook eerder kunnen bellen.... Zondag besteld en vandaag (donderdag) is de bezorging weer uitgesteld. Vraag me af wanneer mijn bestelling wel daadwerkelijk binnen komt...
Delivery agreements are not fulfilled. On their website they promise 1 to 2 working days delivery time. If you call them to inquire, and you are told, well, sometimes something goes wrong and you could have called earlier.... Ordered on Sunday and today (Thursday) the delivery has been postponed again. Wondering when my order will actually arrive...

Meerdere bestellingen gedaan bij pvcvoordeel.nl (Witway), en hoewel het voor mij een nieuwe webwinkel was, is alles goed en sne; geleverd. Heb later wel een probleem met een kraan aansluiting gehad, maar kreeg direct een nieuwe toe gestuurd. Het ingraven was wel een hele klus, maar ben zeer tevreden met mijn tuin sproei installatie en water tap punten.
Made several orders at pvcvoordeel.nl (Witway), and although it was a new webshop for me, everything is good and fast; supplied. I later had a problem with a tap connection, but was immediately sent a new one. Digging in was quite a job, but I am very satisfied with my garden sprinkler system and water tap points.

Placed an order (#39827) on May 17th. I presumed that since they advertise 1-3 day delivery times, and "Super Fast Delivery" on their website that I could expect my delivery on the higher end of that delivery time due to the Covid-19 pandemic (ie. 3-4 days). I finally received my order on the May 22nd, minus all my pipes ordered and one other piece. I contacted them by telephone and was informed that this would be straightened out. On May 29th, 2 full business weeks past my order date (and 1 week after my telephone call), I sent an email inquiring as to the delivery of my pipes. No response. That evening my pipes were delivered by transport truck, but still no sign of the other undelivered piece. Being the foolishly trusting individual that I am, I decided to give them another opportunity and placed a second order (#29672) on June 7th. Having once again not received my order in a timely manner, I sent an email on June 11th inquiring not only about a confirmation as to when delivery would be made, but as to when I would receive my as yet outstanding piece from my previous order. It's now June 15th, and again I have received absolutely NO response to ANY of my emails, and am still waiting on my complete order from one week ago and my missing piece from my May 17th order (21 BUSINESS days since ordering)!!! I can understand that a business might have delays of a day or two, but this is beyond normal, especially when customers are paying what I consider to already be a premium delivery cost. But to have an ordered piece STILL not present 21 business days after ordering (and after already two previous deliveries for that same order) is an absolutely horrible way to do business. And to NOT respond to ANY emails when this is an online store (where email is the primary method of communication) leaves me to question whether they belong in business. I will be attempting to contact them again today regarding both my orders by telephone. If delivery cannot be guaranteed for this week I will be cancelling my order and ordering elsewhere, as well as seeking a chargeback from my bank and filing a complaint with authorities. I certainly will NOT be ordering from them again and would advise others to not do so as well. Coronavirus is a very real business concern, but certainly NOT an excuse to treat your customers as garbage.
