D	Dominik Ochmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten das Ferienhaus gebucht, waren sehr zufrieden, preislich super, inkl Sauna 3 Std. Innen drin Blockhaus Stil, alles was man zum Leben braucht. Hundefreundlich ist es auch, man ist schnell in der Innenstadt von Xanten. Gerne wieder :) Had booked the holiday home, were very satisfied, great price, including sauna 3 hours. Inside log cabin style, everything you need to live. It is also dog-friendly, you can quickly get to the city center of Xanten. Gladly again :)
M	Mr. J. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima Lage zur Stadt. APX ist wirklich sehenswert, Zeit mitbringen! Straße nebenan ist morgens relativ laut. Ent- und Versorgung ist teilweise versteckt. Sanitäranlagen optisch o.k. und funktionieren zwar, sollten aber mal überarbeitet werden (Schimmel an der Decke). Teilweise müssen recht hohe Keile verwendet werden. Zur Zeit wird Zugangssystem und Versorgung in einem Teilbereich modernisiert. Great location to the city. APX is really worth seeing, bring your time! The street next door is relatively noisy in the morning. Disposal and supply is partially hidden. Sanitary facilities optically ok and work, but should be revised (mold on the ceiling). In some cases, quite high wedges have to be used. The access system and supply are currently being modernized in part.

Massagen gibt's neu in einem extra Haus. Sehr Stadt nah, mit dem Fahrrad in 3 Min. WLAN war Abends überlastet. Very, very nice place, large parcels, which are separated by a hedge. Modern wash house. Supply and disposal, electricity everything is there. Massages are now available in a separate house. Very close to the city, by bike in 3 minutes. WLAN was overloaded in the evening.
M	Martina Breuksch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Stellplatz ist schön gelegen, die kleine Stadt mit tollen Restaurants ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wanderwege rund um den Platz sind schön. Leider 1 Punkt Abzug wegen sehr starken Schräglage des Platzes. Strom ist mit 3,50 Euro ziemlich teuer, aber den muss man ja nicht nehmen, wer autark stehen kann. The parking space is in a beautiful location, the small town with great restaurants is within walking distance. Hiking trails around the square are nice. Unfortunately 1 point deduction because of the very steep incline of the course. Electricity is quite expensive at 3.50 euros, but you don't have to take it if you can stand independently.
P	Pallma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlicher und umfassend aufklärender Empfang. Übersichtliches und ordentliches Gelände. Ansprechend und lädt zum Wiederkommen ein. Die Spa- und Saunaanlage war durch einen unvorhergesehenen Stromausfall für uns leider nicht nutzbar. Xanten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und natürlich sehenswert. Friendly and comprehensively informative reception. Clear and tidy terrain. Attractive and invites you to come back. Unfortunately, the spa and sauna facilities could not be used by us due to an unforeseen power failure. Xanten can be reached on foot in a few minutes and is of course worth seeing.
