Dit in het opmerkingenveld even aangegeven. Ze hebben het pakketje aan PostNL meegegeven zodat het op tijd zou zijn. En dat was het! Het borduursetje was in mooi cadeaupapier ingepakt en er zat een leuke verjaardagskaart bij. Heel erg bedankt! Very nice website and very good service. Ordered an embroidery set on Thursday evening for my mother's birthday on Saturday. Please indicate this in the comment box. They gave the package to PostNL so that it would be on time. And that was it! The embroidery set was wrapped in beautiful gift paper and came with a nice birthday card. Thank you very much!

Personeel behoorlijk mensenschuw, de eerste keer heb ik 5 minuten staan wachten op hulp voor de stoffen, terwijl de jongedame achter de balie zat..heb maar gevraagd of ik geholpen kon worden. De stoffen hier zijn ontzettend duur, sommigen 2 keer wat je elders betaalt. Fournituren normale prijzen. Het is dat er in de buurt geen andere fourniturenzaak... You gotta love it: stuff up to the ceiling wherever you look, especially a wide range of wool. Staff quite shy, the first time I waited 5 minutes for help for the fabrics, while the young lady was behind the counter..I just asked if I could be helped. The fabrics here are incredibly expensive, some 2 times what you pay elsewhere. Haberdashery normal prices. It is that there is no other haberdashery shop nearby...

Alleen jammer dat er met GLS verzonden wordt (meest onbetrouwbare bezorging/bedrijf) Great service and my order was shipped quickly. It's just a shame that shipping is done with GLS (most unreliable delivery/company)
I	Ineke Jansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fantastische service , verleden jaar een ( goedkope) naaimachine gekocht , maar mijn draad brak steeds , ik na een jaar terug en wat een geduld heeft de eigenaar , mij opnieuw alles weer uitgelegd, over de naald,de draad , wat voor garen ik het best kan gebruiken enz enz . Niet anders dan lof voor deze eigenaar en de vele keuze’s aan materiaal. Ik ben heel erg tevreden , alleen maar lof ??? Als ik ook maar iets nodig heb van wat deze winkel te bieden heeft , ga ik absoluut naar deze winkel terug. Vr gr. Ineke What a fantastic service, bought a (cheap) sewing machine last year, but my thread kept breaking, I returned after a year and what patience the owner has explained everything to me again, about the needle, the thread, what kind of thread I best use etc etc . Nothing but praise for this owner and the many choices of material. I am very satisfied, only praise If I need anything from what this store has to offer, I will absolutely go back to this store. M	Marleen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor goede service op internet of in de winkel is Zaans Geluk een aanrader. Afgelopen weekeinde een Juki naaimachine besteld. Ondanks dat Z.G. deze niet op voorraad had kon hij maandagavond geleverd worden. Of als ik uitleg wilde, kon ik uitleg krijgen in de winkel bij het ophalen. Deze uitleg was top. Uitgebreid en ik mocht zelf van alles oefenen. Heerlijk bij zo’n machine met zo veel mogelijkheden.Onderhand kwamen o.a. mensen binnen die nog een keer uitleg wilde over het automatischedraad door de naald mechanisme op hun al eerder gekochte Juki machine. Dit werd ook op een leuke manier gedaan. Mijn machine werd voor mij in de auto gezet. Als bonus kreeg ik spoeltjes mee zodat ik eenvoudig siersteken met steeds een andere kleur kan maken. Zaans Geluk is highly recommended for good service on the internet or in the store. Ordered a Juki sewing machine last weekend. Despite the fact that Z.G. If this was not in stock, it could be delivered on Monday evening. Or if I wanted an explanation, I could get an explanation in the store when I picked it up. This explanation was great. Extensive and I was allowed to practice everything myself. Wonderful with such a machine with so many possibilities. In the meantime people came in who wanted an explanation about the automatic thread through the needle mechanism on their previously purchased Juki machine. This was also done in a fun way. My machine was put in the car for me. As a bonus, I was given bobbins so that I can easily make decorative stitches with a different color each time.
