★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paola is one of the best massage therapist I have been to. I came with quite painfull back and shoulders and asked for therapeutical deep tissue massage. Paola clearly explained what to expect durring and days after treatment (plus differences between massage techniques). Result was exactly as she said- two days later I am pain-free and feel so much better. Highly recommend! I am already booking my next appointment.

I notified one hour before the appointment that I had a snot nose, which is probably an allergic reaction that I have very often, that my rapidtest is negative and I am not at all sick but asked if I should still go. They replied no, which I understand. My snot nose lasted just 10 min, then I was fine. The next day I received an angry and rude whatsapp from Womas saying that if I had complains, I should have notified them earlier (!). And that "therefor" they redeemed my voucher. The policy is fine with me, strange times and of course I ll lose the appointment for just an allergic reaction, we cannot risk anything at this point. But the fact that Womas is pointing the finger and judging someone as if she/he lied or was late to notify (while I was kind and honest to immediately send them a message when my allergic reaction started and ask) is unacceptable, unprofessional and shows no empathy, which you normally expect from a person who gives such positive services as a massage. Pitty, just to gain 10 euros, they lost a potential serial customer. Rude customer service, this is why my one star, not for the services which I have not tried.

The results of the facial Kobido were instantly noticeable, in addition to relieving muscle tension and relaxing my friend after the neck shoulder rug massage. 100% recommended.
