Maar hij heeft wat steentjes losgemaakt, waardoor iets in mijn afzuigkap ( motor ) terecht is gekomen .Dus afzuigkap kapot. Maar de woningstichting heeft niets vergoed, wel toen een rooster geplaatst. En mijn verzekering zegt dat de woningstichting het moet vergoeden. Jammer dat het zo moest gaan. Voor de rest wel tevreden. Two years ago I had a bird in the chimney, it's trying to get out. But he has loosened some stones, so that something has ended up in my extractor hood (motor). So the extractor hood is broken. But the housing association did not reimburse anything, but did place a grid. And my insurance says the housing association has to pay for it. E	E S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vreselijk en onmenselijke medewerkers ! Ik heb al een maand geleden klacht ingediend, wordt hier niks mee gedaan terwijl ik gemaild/gebeld heb ! Wordt beloofd dat ik terug gebeld wordt, ook niet gebeurt! Nu heb ik een klacht bij de klachtencommissie ingediend en de volgende stap wordt de huurcommissie+ rechter !!! Klachten worden niet opgelost ! Elke keer kortsluiting, stroom leiding is niet goed, elke keer erachter aan bellen, problemen worden naar mij geschoven maar de huur geld willen ze wel op tijd hebben! En als jullie het erg vinden om 1 ster te krijgen moeten jullie de problemen vd huurders eerst GOED OPLOSSEN Geldwolven !!! Terrible and inhumane employees ! I already submitted a complaint a month ago, nothing is done about this while I emailed / called! Promised I'll be called back, never happened! Now I have submitted a complaint to the complaints committee and the next step will be the rent committee + judge !!! Complaints are not resolved! Short circuit every time, power line is not good, call after it every time, problems are shifted to me, but they want the rent money on time! And if you don't mind getting 1 star, you have to SOLVENT the problems of the tenants first. Money wolves !!!
