★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We liepen binnen om een afspraak te maken maar hoorde mw duidelijk tegen de klanten die tegen over haar aan tafel zaten zeggen dat zij een afspraak met HEN had en werden wij en nog een stel compleet genegeerd.
Als je weet dat er een afspraak staat kun je toch beter nog iemand laten werken die andere klanten te woord kunnen staan!?
Thuis aangekomen hebben we gebeld om alsnog een afspraak te maken maar de telefoon werd ook niet opgenomen.
We walked in to make an appointment but clearly heard Ms say to the customers sitting across from her at the table that she had an appointment with THEM and we and another couple were completely ignored.
If you know that there is an appointment, it is better to have someone work who can speak to other customers!?
When we got home we called to make an appointment but the phone was not answered either.
