Huurder is een asielzoeker, zou me niet verbazen als dit etnisch profileren is. Nog even wachten en dan kan de huurcommissie worden ingeschakeld. Zeer triest dit. PS er is ook al door Traject contact opgenomen, maar u raadt het al... Er wordt niks gedaan... Nederland 2020... Contacted on behalf of a tenant because of sewage water in the house, no response ... Not even on the 2nd email. Tenant is an asylum seeker, I wouldn't be surprised if this is ethnic profiling. Wait a while and then the rent committee can be called in. Very sad this. PS Traject has already contacted us, but you guessed it ... Nothing is being done ... The Netherlands 2020 ...

Not very helpful on the phone Needed help with a disabled home. I had a statement of urgency. But they didn't really help me.

Waited all day for a mechanic, who would come as agreed. Mechanic appears to be ill. Maasvallei does not even bother to cancel an appointment.

There was a leak in the heating which not only damaged our home, but left us without a heating for over 2 months. For some time we also had no access to warm water. Maasvallei will not care about any of this, as they hire in companies to take care of their business. Which then also do not care. We sat here in the cold, without being able to wash our dishes properly or the possibility to have a shower. Maasvallei never offered to compensate for any incoveniences their lack of service has caused our family or assist in the solution of this problem. Now Maasvallei approved that we get new pipes for our heating. As cheap as they are, they let workers lay pipes in random places, along the walls, just because its cheaper than properly install them in the floors like they used to when we rented the apartment.... We always pay our rent on time, we do not cause and troubles and yet we get treated like trash .Maasvallei is cheap, but YOU will suffer the consequences of their mistakes and neglect. WATCH OUT! You pay for their mistakes.
S	Sam A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling customer service. Two days ago, I dropped by their head office and I asked some simple and straightforward questions politely. One of the employees answered my questions in the harshest way possible. As I tried my best to ease the situation and the confusion, it only just made the employee more upset with me. I'm honestly astonished. I do not recommend this housing company, unless if you want to go through the hassle of communicating with bluntly rude people.
