Blijf vooral je klanten de schuld geven van alles, goed bezig! Hele, maar dan ook hele slechte communicatie. Eerst werden de palen geplaatst en werd er zonder communicatie vooraf verteld dat de schutting zelf pas een week later zou komen, na aandringen kwamen ze toch een dag later maar zonder schutting poort. Daar hebben we uiteindelijk anderhalve(!) maand op moeten wachten. We werden steeds beloofd binnen een week reactie te krijgen maar die kwam pas een maand later. Intussen werd er wél van ons verwacht om alvast te betalen voor een half af product en toen we vroegen hoe dat zat werd ons verteld dat we maar dankbaar moesten zijn dat ze niet twee keer transportkosten rekenen. . Het uiteindelijke product is oké maar de weg weg naartoe... vreselijk. Edit: and taking responsibility as a company in any way is also not something you do in the response. Keep blaming your customers for everything, good job! Very, very bad communication. First the posts were placed and it was told without communication in advance that the fence itself would only come a week later, after insisting they came a day later but without a fence gate. In the end we had to wait a month and a half(!) for that. We were always promised to receive a response within a week, but it only came a month later. In the meantime, we were expected to pay in advance for a half-finished product and when we asked what that was about, we were told that we should be grateful that they do not charge transport costs twice. . The final product is okay, but the road to it… awful.
