Dit bedrijf zou eens goed onder de loep moeten worden genomen, omdat er daar veel dingen mis gaan en men dat probeert te verstoppen. Wolters van bovenstaande reactie twee aangetekende brieven verstuurd waar geen enkele reactie op is geweest. Door mij persoonlijk is er een brief gestuurd op 21 januari j.l., waar tot op heden niet op gereageerd is. Woonconcept is een stichting die zijn afspraken niet na komt, keiharde leugens als waarheid brengt en zich schuldig maakt aan discriminatie. Laat de reactie van 'fijn dat u een reactie achterlaat' met nummer en mailadres, maar achterwege. De praktijk heeft al uitgewezen dat u helemaal geen contact wil en ook geen problemen wil oplossen. De muren zitten vol met gaten en scheuren in allerlei soorten en maten en het behang wat er hangt zit los. Niet overheen te schilderen/behangen dus moet dit in orde gemaakt worden door de woningbouw of de vorige bewoners. Woonconcept ontkent gewoon en ze doen alsof ze een prachtige villa hebben opgeleverd. De villa heeft niet eens een afzuigkap en die moeten we zelf ophangen? Heel vreemd. Woonconcept delivers homes that are in a condition they would even thank for in the Gaza Strip. The walls are full of holes and cracks in all shapes and sizes and the wallpaper that hangs is loose. Cannot be painted/wallpapered over, so this must be arranged by the housing construction or the previous residents. Woonconcept simply denies and they pretend they have delivered a beautiful villa. The villa doesn't even have an extractor hood and we have to hang it ourselves? Very weird.

J	John Vos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben wel en langer tevreden over Woonconcept! Onlangs heb ik aangegeven dat ik van gas over wilde gaan op inductie koken, ivm de hoge gasprijzen. Ik wilde weten of ik zelf een electra monteur moest laten komen of dat het via Woonconcept verliep. Dit zou via Woonconcept gaan en zij bemiddelde ook in de kosten. Dat scheelt toch weer in deze moeilijke en zwaardere financiële tijden. Dus Woonconcept, bedankt! I am satisfied with Woonconcept for longer! I recently indicated that I wanted to switch from gas to induction cooking, because of the high gas prices. I wanted to know whether I should have an electrical engineer come myself or whether it went through Woonconcept. This would go through Woonconcept and she also mediated in the costs. That makes a difference in these difficult and tougher financial times. So Woonconcept, thank you!

Ook belde dezelfde vrouw ons toen de loodgieters van Holland Riooltechniek er waren of ze een schoonmaakploeg kon sturen omdat het hele badkamer blank stond met de drab wat uitliep naar het slaapkamer. Dus uiteraard ingegaan op het aanbod dus heel netjes geregeld dikke pluim voor deze mevrouw. Helaas geef ik woonconcept geen 5 sterren omdat ik wel een paar keer moest bellen voordat het werd opgelost. Maar door de behulpzaamheid van deze mevrouw krijgt woonconcept wel sterren extra . But because of the helpfulness of this lady, the residential concept does get extra stars.
