As expats, we were had no experience in buying a house in the Netherlands and Joep was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a manner which we could easily understand. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're a great help when you need them buy a house, BUT when my ex and I broke up and I wanted to keep the house, they weren't a great help. They said it wasn't possible and that I would have to sell the house.
I went to get a second opinion at De Hypotheker and they pulled it off without a hitch. Costed me an additional 2500 euros.
I guess there wasn't much to be earned for Woonhuisfincancieren by helping me that second time. Hence the 3 out of 5.
