p	piet paaltjes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ deze mensen maken misbruik van de zwakkeren in de samenleving. ze vragen een huur die over een komt met de punten telling ,alleen vragen ze daar bovenop belachelijke bedragen aan service kosten onder het mom van zorg die ze niet geven. tip voor bewoners en ex bewoners ga naar de huurcommisie en vraag een afrekening service kosten dan kan je een hoop van de te veel betaalde kosten terug krijgen. dit kan tot 2,5 jaar na afloop van het kalenderjaar. these people abuse the weak in society. they ask for a rent that comes with the points count, but on top of that they ask ridiculous amounts of service costs under the guise of care they do not give. tip for residents and ex residents go to the rental commission and ask for a settlement service fee you can get a lot of the overpaid costs back. this can be up to 2.5 years after the end of the calendar year.

Juist de extra service aan faciliteiten die worden geboden maken het verblijf comfortabel. Elise & team bedankt! Nieuwe Woonweg is a nice quiet living environment where you can really come to yourself. It is precisely the extra services that are offered that make the stay comfortable. Elise & team thanks!
0	00zo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Woonweg, ben je op zoek na woonruimte kun je bij Elise goed terecht. Mooie locaties, gemeubileerde kamers en het terrein word goed verzorgt. Prijs qua oppervlakte of m2 mag van mij beter. Maar probeer maar een kamer vinden die goedkoper is.... dat is niet zo makkelijk. Ieder geval is de eigenaar een mooi persoon met hart voor de bewoners en het personeel. mvg De Woonweg, if you are looking for housing you can go to Elise. Beautiful locations, furnished rooms and the grounds are well cared for. Price in terms of area or m2 may be better. But try to find a room that is cheaper ... it's not that easy. In any case, the owner is a nice person with a heart for the residents and the staff. Best regards

Het is er schoon en heel compleet, je kunt er op jezelf zijn maar ook als je behoefte hebt aan een praatje met medebewoners prima. Leuke omgeving aan het water. My stay was experienced as very pleasant, especially in the situation in which I unexpectedly ended up. It is clean and very complete, you can be there by yourself but also fine if you need a chat with fellow residents. Nice area on the water.
