Ik benader hun altijd vriendelijk en er word ook altijd vriendelijk op mij gereageerd. Er word met je meegedacht naar een oplossing als er problemen zijn. Ik zou deze woningstichting dan ook zeker aanraden want ik woon en huur met veel plezier. Very nice housing association. I also can't level with the bad reviews I read here. I always treat them kindly and they always respond to me kindly. We work with you to find a solution if there are problems. I would certainly recommend this housing association because I live and rent with great pleasure.
R	R El on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Groninger Huis Hele slechte woonstichting ! Vandaag zou een huisopzichter langs komen vanwege reparatie verzoeken.. Inmiddels is het 20 voor 10 en niemand is gekomen. Net contact opgenomen en de desbetreffende persoon aan de lijn gehad en die beweert dat hij het verkeerd heeft begrepen en dat het een telefonisch afspraak was. Ik ben ook niet gebeld niks. Daarna maakt de man ons wijs dat hij in quarantaine zit en moet wachten op een negatieve uitslag. Nadat we zijn verhuisd hebben we een eindafrekening gekregen van 5079,91. Waar allemaal kosten zijn staan van onderhoud die standaard word gedaan als een woning word verhuurd. Ze willen alles op onze kosten renoveren. Wij zijn al 20 jaar bij hun en telkens als we bellen vanwege reparatie verzoeken komen ze niet of er komt iemand kijken en daarna komen ze niet meer terug. Vaker gebeld hiervoor en ze beweren dat dit nooit voorkomt bij hun.... Ik heb aangegeven dat we niet voor niets servicekosten betalen zegt de vrouw aan de telefoon dat ze nooit servicekosten hebben gehad terwijl het gewoon in de huurovereenkomst staat. Mijn zusje heeft paar keer voor de wc bril gebeld omdat die los zat krijgt ze te horen aan de telefoon , ‘oh jij weer ‘. Materialen zijn niet gegeven bij onze huidige woning, we missen de ventilatie en hebben geen handvat bij onze raam in de woonkamer. Hiervoor ook gebeld en Groningerhuis beweert dat we alles hebben gekregen en dat wij liegen. In het contract staat alles wat we hebben gekregen. Wij zijn niet de enigste met zulke slechte ervaringen bij hun Groningen House Very bad housing foundation! Today a caretaker was due to come over for repair requests. It is now 20 to 10 and nobody has come. Just got in touch and had the person on the line claiming to have misunderstood and that it was a phone appointment. I have not received a phone call. Then the man tells us that he is in quarantine and has to wait for a negative result. After we moved, we received a final bill of 5079.91. Where all costs are of maintenance that is done as standard when a house is rented out. They want to renovate everything at our expense. We have been with them for 20 years and every time we call for repairs, they do not come or someone comes to look and then they do not come back. Called more often for this and they claim this never happens to them .... I have indicated that we do not pay service costs for nothing, the woman on the phone says that they have never had service costs while it is simply stated in the lease. My sister called a few times for the toilet seat because it was loose, she is told on the phone, "oh you again". Materials are not provided in our current home, we lack ventilation and have no handle by our living room window. Also called for this and Groningerhuis claims that we have received everything and that we are lying. The contract states everything we have received. We are not the only one with such bad experiences with them

En je word niet serieus genomen ben nu inmiddels verhuist huur nu eldes veel betr raad deze woningbouw niemand aan voorkom dat je in zo n situatie komt huur niks bij deze mensen!! Have never helped everything unbelievable Gwn a very bad house foundation mold throughout the house air humidity of 80 percent !!!
