t	tamer alev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ woon al 7maanden boven stichting kwekkelstate in rosmalen. elke dag is teringherrie je bent verplicht om elke dag wakker te worden tussen 6uur en 9uur in weekend of feestdag naak niet uit. de stichting heeft rails onder mijn slaapkamer gemonteerd om handicapten helpen lijk wel metro station. zo een overlast heb ik in mijn leven niet gezien of gehoord. joost gebeld politie gemeld philidelpia zorg gebeld syichting kwekkelstate gebeld resultaat niets ben strontzat van terror en overlast van personeel en railsysteem onder mijn huis ben helemaal zat van om een keer in een huis waar ik huur betaal niet kan slapen nog een maand en ik sleep woonstichting joost voor de rechter om ontbinding van huurovereenkomst van de stichting laat zo een stichting toch een vrijstaand gebouw huren waar niemand last van heeft ik ben de 7de bewoner die ook al weg wil bij willem elsschotstraat 14 rosmalen huur betalen in een huis waar je niet kan slapen logeer meerdere keren ergens anders om van deze ellende te vluchten de directeur van joost reageert niet eens aan mails die ik stuur dit is geen wooncorperatie maar woonstichting van aantal vastgoed investeerders die alleen maar geld verdienen en de bewoners kunnen stikken zelfs de belangenstichtingen zijn opgericht door joost zelf waar geen ene bewoners lid kan worden en of de bestuur kiezen en of de belangen van huurders kunnen behartigen have been living above Kwekkelstate foundation in Rosmalen for 7 months. every day is utter noise you are obliged to wake up every day between 6am and 9am in weekends or public holidays. the foundation has mounted rails under my bedroom to help disabled people like metro station. I have not seen or heard such a nuisance in my life. Joost called police reported philidelpia care called syichting kwekkelstate called result nothing I'm sick of terror and nuisance from personnel and rail system under my house I am completely fed up with not being able to sleep in a house where I pay rent another month and I will take joost housing foundation to court for dissolution of the foundation's lease let a foundation rent a detached building that does not bother anyone I am the 7th resident who also wants to leave willem elsschotstraat 14 rosmalen pay rent in a house where you cannot sleep. Stay somewhere else several times to escape this misery joost's director does not even respond to emails I send this is not a housing corporation but a housing association of a number of real estate investors who only earn money and can suffocate the residents, even the interest foundations were founded by joost himself, where no one resident can become a member and whether the board can choose and whether the interests of tenants can be represented

Ik overweg om bij een andere wooncorporaties te gaan huren, Zo erg is de situatie momenteel al en we zijn al 6 half jaar bezig met ze.. Wij zitten in een label A klasse huis maar ze kunnen het beter label D van maken.. In de zomer is sauna en in de winter ijskast. Wordt helemaal niks aan gedaan. Hun kwamen pas in actie toen we een advocaat er op hadden gezet Denk er goed over na om bij deze wooncorporaties te gaan huren. Want bij de vorige corporaties was al een dikke onvoldoende en bij Joost is allen maar erger geworden. Vooral sinds ze bij elkaar zijn gekomen. Wacht tijd van 5 naar 15 jaar 1 ster is al teveel.. Zo jammer maar wij zijn er helemaal klaar mee. I have never experienced such a worthless housing association everything Joost !!!! They are good at shear system, nobody takes their responsibility. I am considering renting from another housing association, The situation is already that bad and we have been working with them for 6 half years.. We are in a label A class house but they can make it better label D.. There is a sauna in the summer and a refrigerator in the winter. Nothing is done at all. They only came into action when we put a lawyer on it Think carefully about renting from these housing associations. Because the previous corporations were already very unsatisfactory and at Joost everything has only gotten worse. Especially since they got together. Waiting time from 5 to 15 years 1 star is already too much.. Such a shame but we are all done with it.

Aangezien aan mijn telefoontjes geen gehoor wordt gegeven doe ik het maar zo Ik ben al vanaf mei!! Aan het bellen dat de afzuiging het niet doet in zowel de keuken, wc als badkamer. Het is druk mevrouw, we komen zsm. U kunt ook douchen met de deur open om te ventileren. Serieus? Echt wat een kansloze bedoeling zeg Zodra het kan ga ik weg hier. What a worthless housing association this is, really terrible. Since my calls are not answered, I'll do it like this I have been since May!! Calling that the extraction is not working in the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. It's busy ma'am, we'll be there asap. You can also shower with the door open to ventilate. Serious? Really what a hopeless intention I'll get out of here as soon as I can.

Ik zou voldoende tijd krijgen om met nieuwe huurder in contact te komen voor evt overname. 1 week nog,en nog geen huurder bekend? 120 reacties,dit geloof je toch niet? Feb 28 is the completion of my house. I would have enough time to get in touch with the new tenant for a possible takeover. 1 week left, and no tenant known yet? 120 responses, you don't believe this do you?
D	Dianne Teulings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misschien is het verstandiger u zelf om af te vragen waarom er zo veel huurders een slechte recentie hebben over JOOST. Een ideeën bus ?! Enquête voor buurtbewoners (anoniem dan wordt de drempel lager)zodat het in kaart gebracht kan worden wat en waar de grote irritatie vandaan komt of waar huurders wel tevreden mee zijn. En dan pas kunt u zien wat of wie en waar de verbeterpunten kunnen zijn en actie ondernemen. Mensen willen gehoord worden en eerlijkheid van JOOST. Perhaps it is wiser to ask yourself why so many tenants have bad reviews about JOOST. An idea box?! Survey for local residents (anonymous then the threshold will be lower) so that it can be mapped out what and where the major irritation comes from or what tenants are satisfied with. Only then can you see what or who and where the points for improvement can be and take action. People want to be heard and honesty from JOOST.

(Mijn bedoeling was om de melding uit te zetten in plaats van mijn positieve review te verwijderen). Al zijn het voor mij momentopnames geweest waar ik over kan oordelen/ een review over had geplaats. (Mijn ervaring met Joost wonen). Ik heb het contact met Joost wonen uiteindelijk als een fijne Woonstichting ervaren. Mvg cp I just accidentally deleted my posted review from about 2 months ago. Although they have been snapshots for me that I can judge / have posted a review about. (My experience with Joost living).
