★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Webshop is fijn te doorzoeken en je product selecteren is eenvoudig. Support reageert snel en is heel flexibel. Een deelzending is op mijn verzoek eerder verstuurd en de overige zending geannuleerd. Ook fijn dat ze dames werkschoenen hebben.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hebben ruim 3 weken geleden besteld bij workmanstore.nl hebben het nog steeds niet binnen eerste keer mijn eigen fout daarna gevraagd om het te herstellen helaas heb ik hier niks meer van vernomen (betaling krijgen we ook niet terug) ik raad mensen aan om ergens anders hun werkschoenen te bestellen
Telefonisch contact gehad zou opgelost worden maar is helaas nog niks veranderd bellen nnemen ze helaas niet op en op me mail reageren ze niet
Momenteel een mail gehad dat mijn pakket kwijt is door dhl heb nu opnieuw een track and tracé ontvangen dus voor nu is het opgelost
Ordered more than 3 weeks ago at workmanstore.nl still not got it within the first time my own mistake then asked to fix it unfortunately I have not heard anything about this (we do not get payment back either) I advise people to go somewhere else to order their work shoes
Contact by phone would be solved but unfortunately nothing has changed yet, unfortunately they do not answer and they do not respond to my email
Currently received an email that my package has been lost by DHL, I have now received a track and trace again so it is solved for now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst online store I was buying ever in. Old webpage design, that is making everything hard to find, and long loafingt times. Long time to wait for any response, and sending of your goods. After 11 days no-one contacted me, about delay. Supposed to be 2-5 days. Careless customer support. Mistakes on a webpage in material description. Shoes with cevlar turned out to be with metal. Totally not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order a pair of shoes 1 February, after 1 week I call , the girl told me they don’t have that shoes on the stock( on the site was in the stock when I looked again) , so I chose another pair of shoes , they come to small, so I sends back to change for one size more , after one day , was 12 February, today 18 February I’m still waiting the shoes, and am living 50km near of them ... so , totally disappointed!!!! And for sure they have the famous excuse “ because coronavirus “ come on !!!! The first and the last !
