★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De uitgebreide training van Workoutdoor duurt zo’n 75 minuten. Het is een variërende workout waarbij het hele lichaam wordt aangesproken, hierbij wordt gewerkt aan kracht, snelheid, flexibiliteit en uithoudingsvermogen. Deze training is geschikt en uitdagend voor elk niveau, ongeacht je fitheid en leeftijd. Onze gemengde groep bestaat gemiddeld uit 10 deelnemers met daarbij 2 gediplomeerde begeleiders. Als de oefening te zwaar is en je geeft dit aan wordt er ter plekke voor jou een geschikter alternatief voorgesteld. Alles verloopt vriendelijk en met een lach maar er moet natuurlijk wel “gewerkt” worden. Wij joggen meestal om de 15 minuten door Berkel-Enschot naar een nieuwe locatie, op zo’n locatie doen we dan allerlei oefeningen met prachtige namen die ik niet kan onthouden omdat ik door de inspanning mijn hoofd dus lekker leeg kan maken en even weinig of niks opneem. Echt een aanrader voor lichaam en geest.
