★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaotic BS company micromanaged by tonedeaf upper management. Manager promised to do a project involving housing my company after a meeting. Then after a change of management they didn't notify me and they tried to brush me off saying basically "try next year we might have a decision then". This was long after I did work for them for free and they botched a project despite repeat warnings because management who was never there kept changing their mind about unrealistic things.
