★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rookvrij gebouw. Roken kan alleen buiten aan de zijkant. 's Winters kan het erg koud zijn. De liften van de parkeergarage zijn defect. Er zijn wel invalideparkeerplaatsen in de garage maar je moet dus zelf de trappen op. Eigenlijk ondoenlijk. Buiten voor de deur ook invalideparkeerplaatsen maar daar betaal je je blauw aan parkeerkosten
 Non smoking building. Smoking is only allowed outside on the side. In winter it can be very cold. The elevators of the parking garage are out of order. There are disabled parking spaces in the garage, but you have to climb the stairs yourself. Actually impossible. Outside in front of the door also disabled parking spaces, but you pay your blue parking costs there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie schone parkeer garage, prettig adhv je kenteken uitrijden . Helaas lift buiten gebruik, staat ook nergens aan gegeven :-( mensen moesten hun rollator ed de trap op sjouwen. Opmerking, 'uitgang' voor voetgangers beter aangeven
Nice clean parking garage, nice to drive out with your license plate. Unfortunately, the elevator is out of order, it is not indicated anywhere :-( people had to carry their walker etc. up the stairs. Note, better indicate 'exit' for pedestrians

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goeie parkeergarage, even dacht ik dat ik verkeerd zat omdat het bijna aan de kade ligt. Gelukkig optijd gezien, mijn T6 paste er net in.
Good parking garage, for a moment I thought I was wrong because it is almost on the quay. Luckily I saw it in time, my T6 just fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HQ for the Rotterdam port authority (Port of Rotterdam). Great building with 6 elevators to the lower 17 floors and 4 elevators to floors 17 to 33. Great view, parking garage with lots of electric charging facilities, strict but friendly security and close to public transport and good restaurants.
