Vaatwasser loopt weer als vanouds.
Top service, took a while before it was found, but searched until the cause was found.
Dishwasher runs as normal again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snel geregeld, goed werk geleverd en korte lijntjes. Een misverstand werd coulant en schappelijk opgelost, dat is eigenlijk nog belangrijker dan gewoon goed werk leveren!
Arranged quickly, good work and short lines. A misunderstanding was resolved leniently and reasonably, which is actually even more important than just doing good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snel en vakkundig is mijn AEG wasmachine gerepareerd.
Een (correcte) diagnose was binnen 10 minuten gesteld, waarna het helaas wat prijzige onderdeel (motor regelmodule a ca. 200 eur) was besteld. Erg jammer dat AEG al na 7 jaar (met enkele wasjes per week) zo'n duur onderdeel nodig heeft, echter kan WRA daar natuurlijk niets aan doen.
De reparatiekosten afgewogen tot de aanschaf van een nieuwe wasmachine, maar mede door de erg nette reparatiekosten (uurloon) besloten de reparatie uit te laten voeren.
De factuur volgde pas na een paar dagen 'testen' én er zit netjes garantie op het onderdeel en de reparatie.
Kortom, heb je een defecte wasmachine/witgoed, bel met WRA :)
My AEG washing machine was repaired quickly and professionally.
A (correct) diagnosis was made within 10 minutes, after which the unfortunately somewhat expensive part (engine control module a approx. 200 eur) was ordered. It is a pity that AEG already needs such an expensive part after 7 years (with a few washes per week), however, WRA cannot do anything about it.
The repair costs weighed up to the purchase of a new washing machine, but partly due to the very decent repair costs (hourly wages) decided to have the repair carried out.
The invoice only followed after a few days of 'testing' and there is a neat warranty on the part and the repair.
In short, if you have a faulty washing machine / white goods, call WRA :)

Gewoon goed...
Als een aantal jaren vaste klant van WRA. Van een afzuigkap tot aan vaatwasser tot aan een cooker...( die heeft hij zo netjes weggewerkt in het keukenkastje)
En toen deed onze wasmachine niet meer wat hij moest doen. In overleg gekeken wat de beste oplossing was. WRA zoekt een aantal modellen uit wat in ons gezin goed zou passen. En wij geven dan door welke het word.
Alles is netjes geinstalleerd en oude wasmachine werd afgevoerd,
Zijn er apparaten in huis die het niet meer goed doen.
Ga naar WRA want de service is top

Just good...
As a regular customer of WRA for several years. From an extractor hood to a dishwasher to a cooker ... (he has so neatly concealed in the kitchen cupboard)
And then our washing machine stopped working. In consultation we looked at what the best solution was. WRA is looking for a number of models that would fit well in our family. And we then pass on which one it will be.
Everything is neatly installed and the old washing machine has been disposed of,
Are there devices in the house that no longer work properly?

Always on time, neat handling and gives appropriate advice. Now have a new dishwasher installed and everything neatly, quickly and in accordance with the agreement. Very satisfied :-)
