In september 2019 opende WZH Vliethof haar deuren. Het stijlvolle nieuwe woonzorgcentrum aan de Vliet in Voorburg biedt een thuis aan circa 90 ouderen met dementie.

Om geriatrische expertise toe te voegen in de acute keten van ouderenzorg zijn Florence en WZH per 1 juni gestart met een pilot. Met een spoedconsult SO kan er snel worden geschakeld in acute situaties. Zo zorgen we er samen voor dat ouderen in regio Haaglanden direct de juiste zorg op de juiste plek ontvangen.
