Kortom gewoon geen goede aanbieder van payment hardware en software..!

In short, simply not a good provider of payment hardware and software ..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij wilden graag een contactloos betalen-mogelijkheid voor de betaalautomaat van onze onbemande wassalon en dachten dat een bedrijf zoals Xafax een goede partij zou zijn om dit voor ons te realiseren. Nou, mooi niet dus ! Toen ik Xafax pas na tientallen pogingen telefonisch wist te bereiken kreeg ik te horen dat ik zou worden teruggebeld door een accountmanager. Ik werd echter niet gebeld en pas nadat ik ze via de chatmogelijkheid op hun website benaderde werd ik dagen later telefonisch benaderd en kon ik 'n afspraak maken om langs te komen voor 'n gesprek. Hoewel dat gesprek positief verliep en ze mij nog zouden benaderen voor een vervolg heb ik helaas nooit meer iets van Xafax vernomen. Een onderneming die zo slecht communiceert met z'n klanten verdient 't niet om te groeien, derhalve heb ik besloten dat ik geen zaken met Xafax meer wens te doen.
We wanted a contactless payment option for the payment terminal of our unmanned laundromat and thought that a company such as Xafax would be a good partner to realize this for us. Well, nice not! When I only managed to reach Xafax by phone after dozens of attempts, I was told that I would be called back by an account manager. However, I was not called and only after I approached them via the chat option on their website I was contacted by phone days later and was able to make an appointment to come by for an interview. Although that conversation went positively and they would approach me for a sequel, unfortunately I never heard from Xafax again. A company that communicates so poorly with its customers doesn't deserve to grow, so I've decided that I don't want to do business with Xafax anymore.
