★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER PAY BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY AT ONCE! They can easily cheat you!
I had very bad experience with this place.I was looking for Lucronic Infani Laser treatment, and found this place, Prince Hendrix.I made an appointment and visited there, there was one woman waiting for me who claimed she was the doctor.In Netherland people lying is not common, so I trusted her big mouth.But she was just an assistant.
-After first treatment she asked to pay 900 euro, for 3 treatment . And I did. So I wished to plan further 2 more appointment .But she said, my hospital is moving to Xanadu clinic, you have to call to My receptionist and plan appointment.
Generally reaching her and planning an appointment were becoming more difficuilt because she see my telephone number and never pick up.She was doing receptionist.Somehow I made an appointment, and on my 3rd time while driving to that place on road, accident happened and I was late.Actually My home is 1 and half hour far from that place.She was very angry and not polite at all, pretending to talk with someone on phone.I was waiting but she didnt show any responce so I apologized and wished to plan appointment then leave.She was continuously touching her phone, angrily staring at me.I waited enough, and said I want to get my money back, Im not comfortable with you, but she didnt do anything and said, I'll call you after 15 minutes.But she never did.
-Reason why Im writing is, in Amsterdam there are many young people and students.For them 900 euro is lot of money.Find real dermatologist who can take care of you and be nice to you.Be aware of this kind of place! So stressful.

Appreciated the time taken to asses which treatment was most suitable for me and explain each of the options purpose and outcomes. It always shows someone cares about what they are doing when they are talking you through each step of the process.

Excellent quality products and devices as well as heartfelt and honest advice based on her expertise. I have brought family and friends to her as I trust her work and judgement completely as she airs on the side of caution with a less is more approach. Highly recommend for anyone ready to freshen up their look and feel fabulous :-)

I could schedule the treatment on a Sunday, which was great. The website also has lots of instructive material available in english.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor and the assistant were incredibly nice, it doesn’t feel like they are trying to push you into doing the treatment, they make sure that you are really determined. Besides that, the entire experience was smooth, everything was explained very well and the results were great. I followed their advice and I am incredibly happy with the outcome. I did the hanging corners of the mouth and my face looks so much better now. Definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this clinic! I'm studying abroad in the Netherlands from Canada and found this clinic to get laser hair removal. I had Claire for my first session and she went above and beyond - after my session she wrote me a list of restaurants and places to go out in Amsterdam! As well, i had two sessions with Manon and she was very professional and easy to talk to! The ladies here make you feel comfortable! Again, i highly recommend this clinic!
