It turns out to be a problem from DHL, I got a quickie reply from email, that’s super. Though it lacks of direct contact phone number and it is where Mi Store Benelux needing to improve on. ————————————————— No contact number or telephone number, missing a 200 euro item from its online shop My experience with Mi Store was always good, but it turns very bad and frustrating now. I have ordered an mi purifier pro on its webshop alongside with other items, I only receive other small items couple days later. The purifier is missing but the packing list in the box says otherwise. I tired to contact mi store benelux, but it is also a frustrating process, be aware of, they do not have any contact number that you can call. You need to send email or go to the store in Rotterdam. To be honest, it does not have basics when opening a online store in the netherlands, it is really rare that there is a email only customer service nowadays. It is totally an unsatisfied shopping experience with Xiaomi Mi Store Benelux, and it’s shame for xiaomi to have a store like this in benelux area.

Their products all look shiny, innovative and a cheap version of Apple but it stops there. I own a now broken Xiaomi's Mi Notebook Pro, it does not turn on anymore. After contacting the customer several times they often said that they are really sorry for the inconvenience and would help me. Of course I was happy because I found out this is a known issue of this particular laptop so it would be the right thing for them to help me. Unfortunately they completely ignored me in the end leaving me with an expensive non working laptop. One time they said that the battery was faulty, I already knew that this was not the issue and reported back to them the several people having the exact same problem explaining it on forums and YouTube. The issue? A faulty integrated charging controller that no longer knows if it needs to charge or run off of power. As they are primarily a smartphone company their phones are alright but I recently hear stories of suddenly bricked phones and they are providing poor service. Seems like they only want to sell their products and be done with it. Hope your experience is different ✌️

Very poor attention with the costumers... The staff don't know explain where repair the Xiaomi phone or other devices !!! No recommend...

I ordered the phone from MI store. It's official Xiaomi store in NL, so I thought everything will go smoothly. However, it was not the case. Delivery time on website says 2-3 day's. Phone has been actually shipped after 5 weeks! As it was not annoying enough, it was delivered to incorrect address, so after few emails and phone calls I found out what happened and they told me to pick it up there ( 20 min driving). I told to costumer service that I am no longer interested in the phone and I want my money back. They said sure I can get money back once I return the phone ???. Pathetic! ( but also fault of DHL) Later I picked up the phone by myself - 6 weeks after placing the order. Safe to say I am not going to order anything from them EVER AGAIN.

They sell only outdated stuff for inflated prices. Staff does not have a passion for Xiaomi at all. Also not too bright people. While staring at sensors I ask if they have a light sensor. Reply, "we only have motion sensors". We are literally standing 50cm of boxes with vibration sensors, water sensors. Staff is a joke and waste of money.

Ordered soms products, delivery is gratis and all works fine. Until I returned one product. Customer service is non-existing. No answer of reply. Money is not refunded. Sadly, but I will never order anything more

Being a Mi fan, I am so happy to learn that Rotterdam shop opened. I am impressed by my visit there. Williams, the staff in Rotterdam shop, was so friendly to offer his help for activating my Mi printer. Thanks for the excellent service from Rotterdam shop!! Xiaomi, a brand I recommend!

Horrible experience. Exterior like a working site. Plus, everything is out of stock, don’t see why they are still open. Salesclerk stopped me to take a closer look at the product by saying “you are not allow to touch it”. I was once a mi fan and still have a lot of mi product, but from today on, I am phasing them out.
