★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zit al 8 dagen zonder internet en er wordt weinig tot geen inspanning getoond om dit snel op te lossen. Worden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en wij worden niet op de hoogte gehouden. Van afspraken met een monteur inplannen bij ons zonder ons op de hoogte te houden tot het probleem bij iemand anders afschuiven. Een van de slechtste ervaringen op het gebied van service.
 Has been without internet for 8 days and little to no effort is shown to solve this quickly. Sent from pillar to post and we are not kept informed. From scheduling appointments with a technician without informing us to passing the problem off to someone else. One of the worst experience in terms of service.
