★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik werd al 3 maanden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd tussen de verkoper van mijn communicatiesysteem en het bedrijf zelf.
Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de tip om contact op te nemen met de importeur van het product
Hier werd ik geholpen door Shane
Shane heeft me een oplossing geboden, BINNEN 24 UUR!
Dit terwijl ik al 3 maanden bezig was en er nog 0 actie was ondernomen om mij echt te helpen.
Ik mocht het product opsturen via een winkel bij mij in de buurt en binnen een week kreeg ik een reactie.
Mijn intercom was vervangen voor een nieuwere uitvoering.
Super goede service.
Alleen maar complimenten voor Xtravus.
 I was sent from the box to the wall for 3 months between the seller of my communication system and the company itself.
Eventually I got the tip to contact the importer of the product
Here I was helped by Shane
Shane offered me a solution, WITHIN 24 HOURS!
This while I had been busy for 3 months and 0 action was taken to really help me.
I was allowed to send the product through a store in my neighborhood and within a week I received a response.
My intercom was replaced for a newer version.
Super good service.
Only compliments for Xtravus.
