Wij hebben 2 maanden geleden een krabpaal aangeschaft er werd keurig contact gehouden over de vorderingen van de bestelling. 2 maand later bleek dat de stof van de voet van de krabpaal kapot was gegaan en ook dat werd keurig opgelost door een nieuwe voet op te sturen.
Kortom een fijn bedrijf om je online aankopen te doen.
I will recommend this company to everyone. We purchased a scratching post 2 months ago and we kept in good contact about the progress of the order. Two months later it turned out that the dust on the foot of the scratching post had broken and that too was neatly solved by sending a new foot.
