β β β β β Delivery was on time as promised during the reasonable ~2 hour window, delivery man polite and friendly and the very useful website gave me up to the minute tracking on the package. So much better than dealing with some much larger companies.

β β β β β Delivery was perfectly timed, but I was highly disappointed by two facts:
- Driver didn't help me to bring the mattress up the stairs. How am I supposed to do it myself? What is the purpose of the delivery if it is not to the door - he could have left it on the street with the same result.
- Driver didn't speak English (which is ok, but strange for Netherlands)

β β β β β Driver was very friendly, but had to deal with a lot of heavy stuff and also some broken equipment on his vehicle. We did help him getting out the (big) mattress. I did get no invoice though, now maybe this will come through mail, if that's the case, then this review would be just a 5 star review because they were very prompt on time and service was good.

β β β β β Update 25/10: TWO DAYS LATER STILL NO UPDATES. I don't know where my package is.
I received a message through the track & trace page saying I was absent at 14:25 today. I was home. Nobody came.
By the way, the package (MXTT22BA3553D27B0091) was supposed to arrive between 9:31 and 12:09. At first I wanted to call you to plan another day for delivery, as I was supposed to work 9-5. Nobody ever picked up the phone. So I took an UNPAID DAY OFF TO BE THERE. I was home ALL DAY. Nobody showed up.
I'm really unhappy with this situation.
Since then, I received no updates as to where my package is.
No respect for customers.
