Tot zover goed............................
Onze moeder zou gecremeerd worden.
Een medewerkster van het Yardenhuis Ockenburgh kwam kort voor het einde van de dienst langs met de mededeling "dat de oven nu opgewarmd zou worden" ..................Mijnsinziens is dit een totaal ongepaste mededeling en ik adviseer om dit soort mededelingen in de toekomst achterwege laten.
Als dit niet voorgevallen was had ik 4 sterren gegeven
The area is very beautiful and we were positively surprised with the Rose Room, which is reminiscent of an attractive living room.
So far so good ............................
Our mother would be cremated.
An employee of the Yardenhuis Ockenburgh came by shortly before the end of the service with the message "that the oven would now be heated" .................. In my opinion this is a total inappropriate communication and I advise not to use this type of communication in the future.
If this had not happened I would have given 4 stars

A short walk before you are in the small auditorium, but everything is well organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben met m'n scootmobiel altijd op patrouille en kwam daar een jonge dame tegen in functie bij het crematorium die belangstellenden de weg wijst in de nodige discipline die deze omstandigheden vereisen. Zij zet na mijn crematie op mijn urn Ruud, bedankt Rachelle!!
I am always on patrol with my scooter and I came across a young lady in function at the crematorium who shows interested parties the way in the necessary discipline that these circumstances require. After my cremation she puts on my urn Ruud, thank you Rachelle !!
