Very nice shop, besides the clothing (man, woman and child) also the furniture and accessories. An asset to Bussum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt een RUK winkel. ik had iets bestelt en had het na 2 weken nog niet binnen. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik na velen pogingen contact met ze en toen wisten ze niet waar ik het over had. toen ze me na een paar dagen terug belden bleek dat ze de ring niet meer hadden "maar ze hadden hem wel in 3 maten kleiner en een andere kleur". Na verteld te hebben dat hem niet ging worden zou ik mijn geld terug krijgen. We zijn ondertussen al dik een maand veder en ik moet steeds weer bellen om te vragen waar mijn geld blijft. Ik weet niet wat voor incapabele mensen er werken, maar het gaat om veel geld en de teleurstelling van het niet hebben van mijn bestellingen word zo steeds groter en groter. Ik hoop dan ook dat er nu eindelijk vanuit het bedrijf contact word gelegd en iets ten compensatie word aangeboden want dit slaat nergens meer op !!! IK WIL MIJN GELD TERUG.
Really a RUK store. I had ordered something and had not received it after 2 weeks. Eventually, after many attempts, I got in touch with them and they didn't know what I was talking about. when they called me after a few days, it turned out that they no longer had the ring "but they did have it in 3 sizes smaller and a different color". After telling him that he was not going to be, I would get my money back. We have been over a month now and I have to call again and again to ask where my money is. I don't know what incapable people work there, but it is a lot of money and the disappointment of not having my orders is getting bigger and bigger. I hope that contact will finally be made from the company and something will be offered as compensation because this makes no sense anymore !!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Super nice shop! For clothes (man / woman) but also for gifts for adults and children. With a nice play corner. A really nice shop with always a nice extensive collection and a pleasant atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijste plek in Bussum om kinderkleding te scoren. Is aan de prijs, maar dat meer dan waard. En er is alle tijd om alle cadeautjes in te pakken. Ook als er 2 mensen achter je staan te wachten. Prettig gevoel als klant. En een goed gevulde kinderkledingkast voor deze winter!
Great place in Bussum to score children's clothing. Is on the price, but more than worth it. And there is plenty of time to wrap all the presents. Even if there are 2 people waiting behind you. Nice feeling as a customer. And a well-stocked children's wardrobe for this winter!
