We arrived at 955 and have been waiting until 1035 but nobody showed up. So we left and around 11 we called the agency to ask if anything happened and then we had the most incoherent answer ever. Since they noted wrongly our phone number and they could not call us, they just decided to do not come to the appointment. The excuse was that since the property was only 5 minutes from their office so we were supposed to go to their office when we would have seen that nobody was coming. This is the attetion to the customer from this agency. They noted our number wrong and they decided to stay inside the office even it was 5 minutes far from the property instead of trying to come at the agreed time and see if we would have shown up as agreed.
