β β β β β Superfijne yoga lessen tijdens de zwangerschap. Echt een uurtje ontspanning voor mama zelf. Onwijs veel tips & ademhalingstechnieken voor tijdens de bevalling. Erg leuk om ook met andere zwangere vrouwen in contact te komen tijdens deze bijzondere periode. Amanda is een super docente, waar je je zeker op je gemak bij voelt.
 Super nice yoga classes during pregnancy. Really an hour of relaxation for mom herself. A lot of tips & breathing techniques for during delivery. Very nice to also come into contact with other pregnant women during this special period. Amanda is a great teacher, with whom you will certainly feel comfortable.
