Alexander was more than accomodating, he made me a cup of tea before class and he was nice enough to teach in English for my benefit. Having done a yoga teacher training in India, I was surprised how well Alexander blended traditional yogic Asanas and Pranayama (breathwork) while incorporating that into a Western style. I really recommend this place for all skill levels, he really knows how to give variations for each posture. Will be back again :)
