Reeds na 2 lessen yogatherapie op zaterdagochtend was de pijn in mijn rug al veel minder, ook de onrust in mijn geest, ik ervaar mezelf als rustiger en dat alles in zo,n korte tijd “heerlijk”.
Ik ben me er van bewust geworden dat door de aanwijzingen van Elly mijn hoofd vrijwel altijd uit het lood ligt. Het is prettig dit aandacht te geven zodat er veranderingen kunnen ontstaan met als gevolg de ruimte die ik voel, nu al, dat ervaar ik steeds vaker in mijn dagbewustzijn. Het is inderdaad waar wat je zegt: “Yoga brengt bewustwording op zowel fysiek als op mentaal en emotioneel niveau” dus voor mij een mooie verandering.

I became aware of the fact that Elly's instructions almost always mislead me. It is nice to pay attention so that changes can occur, resulting in the space that I feel, already now, that I experience more and more in my day consciousness. It is indeed true what you say: "Yoga brings awareness on both physical and mental and emotional levels" so a nice change for me.
