★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple of decent teachers - but the organisation itself is a scam. The way they respond to emails, if they ever do (nor do they have a phone number, or call back), is truly pathetic. They claim you can cancel your membership at any time, but if your current month expires on the 23 of November for example, and it is now the 1st of November, you are still expected to pay an extra month, that is, until the 23rd of December. Effectively, if you want to cancel your membership, you have to tell them two months in advance - they say one (you find out when you want to cancel), but it is in fact two, since a month after the end of the current month makes two: thieving little crooks. Their pathetic ways extend to the whole running of the organisation which is truly soulless.
