★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De lessen van Yvonne zijn heerlijk om te volgen. Zowel de Hatha als Yin yogalessen zijn goed opgebouwd en hebben een gunstig effect op zowel het lichaam als de geest. Yvonne volgt regelmatig cursussen, zoals restorative yoga, en verweeft deze nieuwe technieken direct in haar lessen. Yvonne geeft aan iedere les een persoonlijke touch met een mooi gedicht of inzicht om mee te nemen naar huis. Ik kan haar yogalessen van harte aanbevelen!
Yvonne's lessons are wonderful to follow. Both the Hatha and Yin yoga classes are well built and have a beneficial effect on both the body and the mind. Yvonne regularly follows courses, such as restorative yoga, and weaves these new techniques directly into her classes. Yvonne gives each lesson a personal touch with a beautiful poem or insight to take home. I can heartily recommend her yoga classes!
