★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee keer zwangerschapsyoga bij Willie van Diek gevolgd en veel geleerd om tijdens de bevalling en tijdens de zwangerschap zelf te ontspannen. Gewoon met beide benen op de grond.
Ademtechnieken, yogahoudingen en zelfs een voetmassage hielden me fit en in balans. Een ervaring waar ik mijn hele leven wat aan heb. Fijne nazorg na de bevalling. En altijd een fijne sfeer in de groepen zelf.
 I followed pregnancy yoga twice with Willie van Diek and learned a lot to relax during the birth and during the pregnancy itself. Simply with both feet on the ground.
Breathing techniques, yoga postures and even a foot massage kept me fit and balanced. An experience that will benefit me all my life. Great aftercare after delivery. And always a great atmosphere in the groups themselves.
