Hier kan je unity vinden, hier kan je jezelf persoonlijk dieper ontwikkelen, maar vooral ook in contact met je omgeving en de rest van de wereld.
 Yoga school with respect for the yoga tradition. Gives a full education that looks wider than most schools I have seen so far. Here you can find unity, here you can develop yourself deeper, but especially in contact with your environment and the rest of the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to become a yoga teacher or would like to discover more about yourself, I recommend you to do the Yogic Life teacher’s training in Leiden. It has been an incredible experience for many reasons: the content (practical, but above all theoretical) and the teachers, especially Zenka, have been incredible. She is not only knowledgeable, but caring and is a great support for any student.
