★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zwangerschapsyoga en zwangerschapsmassage gedaan. De yoga was interessant, je leert vooral veel (ademhalings)technieken voor bij bevalling. Het is ook leuk dat je mensen leert kennen die even ver zijn met de zwangerschap als jij. De massage was echt zeer ontspannend. Een aanrader.
 Pregnancy yoga and pregnancy massage done. The yoga was interesting, you learn a lot of (breathing) techniques for childbirth. It is also nice that you get to know people who are as far away from pregnancy as you are. The massage was really very relaxing. Recommended.
