In onze yogastudio geven we yoga op de originele en meest traditionele manier. Geen stijl, gewoon yoga. Er is eigenlijk maar één yoga en die is duizenden jaren geleden al ontstaan in India. Alle verschillende yoga stijlen zoals Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, hebben hun basis uiteindelijk in deze oudste vorm van yoga. In onze studio bieden we lessen waarin we we je de pure en complete yoga leren.

Deze quote, waar we erg om moesten lachen, is van Hanneke. Ze mailde ons deze zomer en dit was haar eerste zin. Nadat ze twee maanden lessen had geprobeerd in de zomer, is ze in september lid geworden. Met de stijfheid bleek het best mee te vallen, alles is soepeler dan verwacht. Al maakt dat sowieso helemaal niets uit, yoga is voor iedereen. Dus stijve harken en ongekookte spaghetti slierten zijn (juist) van harte welkom in onze studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik(65)heb veel baat bij de een op een sessies. Het voelt als een warm bad. Behoedzaam wordt je door de oefeningen geleid, er zijn altijd aanpassingen mogelijk.
De mooie studio met zijn centrale ligging in de stad is uitnodigend.
I(65) benefit a lot from the one-on-one sessions. It feels like a warm bath. You are carefully guided through the exercises, adjustments are always possible.

Ik was zo stijf als een hark en goede begeleiding, na slechte ervaring eerder, vind ik belangrijk. De tijd nemen, niks forceren, goede instructies, doen waar je je prettig bij voelt in een hele ontspannen sfeer. En … als je zin hebt even napraten met een kopje thee. Heerlijk relaxed. Ik heb mijn plek gevonden bij jullie, Yorah. Heb je interesse in Yoga, dan heb je nu de juiste club gevonden.
I was looking for a nice dynamic club, not a dusty room with a lot of incense and only sandals on the doormat. I was stiff as a rake and good guidance, after bad experience before, I think important. Take your time, don't force anything, good instructions, do what you feel comfortable with in a very relaxed atmosphere. And ... if you feel like chatting with a cup of tea. Wonderfully relaxed. I've found my place with you, Yorah. If you are interested in Yoga, you have now found the right club.

Small groups with lots of attention and they are constantly improving and adding new insights. The yoga therefore teaches you new things on all aspects of life.
