β β β β β I love the variety of different yoga styles offered, all with great teachers. Always welcoming and friendly in cozy, clean and simple studios. For me it's a place of retreat, re-balancing and finding distance. Sometimes with sweating all out, sometimes with taking it slow and easy :)
