I bought a sim only contract with Youfone for €15 a month. When I moved house and was waiting for internet to be installed I went over my 2GB data limit by 700MB. Youfone gave absolutely no warning, not even when my contracted mobile data ran out. Some weeks later my mobile internet cut out entirely, again with no notification. When I rang up to investigate I was informed that I was to be changed €70! Equivalent to five months of my contract, just for going over by 35%! The customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unsympathetic. Avoid. I'm trying ben.nl instead - they send out warnings and automatically restrict you when you run low on data.

Bad Client Service, to call from abroad they give a wrong number, a number from KPN, so you need to solve your things only through internet

Youfone will give you 100 eu extra charges for a few gb over your data plan. They also do not put a data ceiling by default and do not offer data ceiling option clearly on their website and tell you that it is on when it is not, then 1 year later when the bill comes it is on you! They will charge outrageous amounts for going a little bit over the data. If you don’t want to have your money stollen through overcharges, stay away.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A PHONE CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!! I made the mistake of making a contract for 2 months in 2019. I tried to cancel it more than 4 TIMES!! They kept saying the contract was canceled but sent invoices every month anyways. 2 years later and I receive a court order that I need to pay 550 euros for a contract that was supposed to be canceled. Just stay away from them. This is the worst experience of dealing with a company I have ever had.

Don’t sign up for internet with these guys. I booked a start date and appointment, the technician came and installed my router, said everything looked good and it would activate soon. The next day the internet still wasn’t running and I had to call customer support like 5 times before they told me my activation date was going to be THREE MONTHS LATER and they could do nothing about it.

This company is best avoided - Terrible customer service, no update on my WiFi order despite ordering 5 weeks ago with a 1 week delivery estimate. No solutions offered. Do not recommend.

Watch out with this company. Especially when you have a normal sim only with 10gb of Internet. The rule in the company is that: When you use internet in the EU faster then in your home country they can block the internet. This means that if you use 1gb of internet in 4 days in Italy while in your home you use 0,5 gb in 4 days they can block you. No matter if you have 9gb out of 10gb left. This company is a scam. Stay away from it. They call it fair use policy. Even though on the website it states you can always use up to 10gb in a foreign country within the EU. Please be very carefull with these people.
