Personal, involved organization. As a trainee I feel at home at Young Colfield and I really have the feeling that I am working on both my personal and content development. But the most important thing for me are the nice and pleasant colleagues.

Hoe we ons organiseren, hoe we het contract opstellen, hoe we met klanten, elkaar en concullega's omgaan. Erg innovatief en verfrissend.
A young club of people who want to continue to develop, both on a personal and professional level. There is an enormous amount of room for our own initiatives, and a lot of energy to do it our own way. How we organize ourselves, how we draft the contract, how we treat customers, each other and competition colleagues. Very innovative and refreshing.
