Problems within the first few days with normal use and no garantee possible . Very bad service !
Our other furniture we bought at IKEA , much better service . I even dropped a door and this was my own fault and got a new one for free from IKEA, this is service !!
Onze ervaring: Binnen enkele dagen na levering al klachten met de geleverde goederen. Geen instructie mbt product, geen handleiding,zeer slechte naservice,klantendienst waardeloos. Bij problemen na aankoop binnen enkele dagen na levering en dus ruimschoots binnen de garantietermijn werden we met zwamverhaal te woord gestaan. Nog nooit ergens in ons leven zo een slechte service ervaren als bij Young living Maastricht. Wetgeving rond conformiteit wordt bij Y.L. aan de laars gelapt. Hier kopen wij dus nooit meer iets ! Zelfs die ene ster is teveel wat ons betreft.

Our experience: Complaints about the delivered goods within a few days of delivery. No instruction regarding the product, no manual, very poor after-service, customer service worthless. In case of problems after purchase within a few days of delivery and therefore well within the warranty period, we were addressed with fungus story. Never in our lives have we experienced such bad service as at Young living Maastricht. Legislation on conformity is being implemented at Y.L. slammed on the boot. We will never buy anything here again! Even that one star is too much for us.
