About Your Fitness Coach - Personal Training

Met de ervaring die ik de afgelopen jaren heb opgedaan met het geven van personal training in Den Haag/Scheveningen, heb ik gezien hoe belangrijk het is om een deskundige coach te hebben die er voor zorgt dat je veilig traint, je techniek optimaal is, je voeding in orde is en de trainingsvorm past bij de doelen die je wilt behalen.

Ik geloof dat door middel van het coachen en het inspireren van vrouwen om ze kleine aanpassingen in hun dagelijks leven te laten maken, ze geweldige en blijvende resultaten kunnen behalen.

Beste personal trainer die ik ooit heb gehad. Ania is zeer betrokken bij jouw vooruitgang. Ik ga nog steeds met veel plezier naar de trainingen en heb voor het eerst sinds 15 jaar geen rugklachten meer. Ik kan de trainingen bij Ania aan iedereen aanraden.

Naast dat Ania een kei van een professional is op het gebied van bewegen, voeding en de juiste mindset creΓ«ren, is Ania ook gewoon een fantastisch gemotiveerde en betrokken dame met een visie! Ze is een coach die naar je luistert en maatwerk levert. Sinds ik bij Ania train ben ik me veel bewuster van mijn lichaam en hoe ik er naar moet luisteren. Dit heeft tot nu toe als resultaat dat mijn lichaam beter en sterker is geworden en dat mijn hoofd en lichaam een betere verstandhouding heb gekregen. Ania motiveert mij enorm om het beste uit mezelf te halen en te ervaren dat ik het waard ben. Ania is the best!!
In addition to being an expert in the field of exercise, nutrition and creating the right mindset, Ania is also simply a fantastically motivated and committed lady with a vision! She is a coach who listens to you and delivers customized solutions. Since I train at Ania I am much more aware of my body and how to listen to it. De 8th weeks challenge van Ania vorig jaar heeft bij mij een omslag teweeg gebracht. Ik ben 56, zit veel in de auto voor mijn werk en was niet happy met mijn lijf , er moest dus wat gebeuren! Door Ania’s enthousiasme en begeleiding ben ik fitter, bewuster gaan eten en let goed op de calorieΓ«n, vetten en suikers maar daarnaast ben ik veel meer gaan bewegen, wandelen en fietsen. Ik ben nu 1,5 jaar verder en de 12 kg die eraf is , is er nog steeds af. Thanks for your support Ania.
The 8th week challenge of Ania last year brought about a change for me. I am 56, I spend a lot of time in the car for work and was not happy with my body, so something had to be done! Because of Ania's enthusiasm and guidance I have become fitter, have started to eat more consciously and pay close attention to calories, fats and sugars, but I also started moving, walking and cycling a lot more. I am now 1.5 years later and the 12 kg that has been lost is still off. Thanks for your support Ania.

Ania helped me in finding that spark within myself to get healthy again. Her guidance in the workouts and movements are very clear and simple. No difficult long monologues, but she just gets you started right away. Ania has a lot of patience and will explain and show you what you need to improve again and again. She also motivates you to put in the hard work and push yourself to positive results! You will start noticing improvements after a few sessions. I'm grateful she guided me on this getting fit journey.

Choosing Ania as a personal trainer 5 months ago, was the best decision that me and my husband could have made. She helped us create a sustainable healthy way of life.
