★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas net als andere sportbedrijf faciliteiten slecht onderhouden. Het dak lekt hier (net als de eerder gebruikte zaal in de Botter, die is afgebrand).
 Unfortunately like other sports company facilities are poorly maintained. The roof is leaking here (just like the previously used hall in the Botter, which has burned down).
