★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually get surprised when the service at Zara is good. Which was not the case this time either. Fitting rooms where closed upstairs, only downstairs working and a super large line. Same for the cashiers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the clothes, but the staff is absolutely horrible. Worst staff I've ever encountered at a store. They all look smug and uninterested in the customers. They walk around like they own the place, you often have to step aside to let these princesses pass while you actually just want to walk around relaxed looking for clothes. There's always only one cash desk open, even if the line is huge. Meanwhile instead of opening another cash desk, the staff is just standing there with arrogant smug faces talking about their weekend. One time I walked up to one of them to ask if she could help me find a size and she actually sighed. Understandable though, I did after all distract her from her important duty of FOLDING JEANS. There are only 2 girls working there that are actually always friendly. I would fire the hell out of the rest of them.
